Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his Independence Day address said the people of Balochistan, Gilgit and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir have thanked him a lot in the past few days and he is grateful to them.
Prime Minister Modi has mentioned PoK and Balochistan for a second time within a week. The PM not only declared Pak Occupied Kashmir as a part of India during Friday’s all-party meet on Kashmir but also mentioned Pakistan’s ongoing repression in Balochistan.
Meanwhile, the activist in Balochistan Mazadak Dilshad Baloch has thanked PM Narendra Modi for his remarks on Balochistan.
Defence Expert Brig V Mahalingam said Balochistan is neglected province of Pakistan. He further added that it has been deployed in any development.
Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar has said that Pakistan has encouraged terrorism, and now they are facing consequences of that policy. Parrikar said that going to Pakistan is same as going to hell.
Information and Broadcasting Minister Venkaiah Naidu today said that Kashmir is an integral part of India and no one question of accepting anyone’s interference over the issue. He also said that the world should know human rights violations in Balochistan and PoK.
