Indian Cricketer S Sreesanth moved the High Court against the BCCI after the sporting body denied permission to play the league cricket in Scotland.

Sreesanth needs an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from BCCI to play in the league cricket. “BCCI refused to issue the NOC through the High Court lifted the lifetime ban on me,” explained Sreesanth. Sreesanth wanted the BCCI to issue him the NOC before the league cricket which ends next month. The High Court will hear his petition on Monday.
