The acoustic pollution is caused by the cone-shaped amplification of the residential area. The public, particularly the elderly, women, children, and the poor are suffering from the most. The petition was ordered to ban the cone loudspeakers in the temple and to take action against the father.
When the case was pending, authorities decided to remove the cone-shaped loudspeaker in the temple. The court was informed about this.
In Tamil Nadu, the sound emission (regulation and control) of 2000 should be drastically enforced. All guidelines and guidelines must be issued to all officers regarding the implementation of these Terms.
