The Madras High Court a ban on the use of cone-shaped loudspeakers and high-pitchers in public places and public meetings in Tamil Nadu.

When the case was pending, authorities decided to remove the cone-shaped loudspeaker in the temple. The court was informed about this.

In Tamil Nadu, the sound emission (regulation and control) of 2000 should be drastically enforced. All guidelines and guidelines must be issued to all officers regarding the implementation of these Terms.
