DMK working president and opposition leader MK Stalin And other MLAs have again met the Tamil Nadu governor on September 10.
Cheif Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and former Chief Minister O.Pannirisvelvam were merged their party last month. The 19 AIADMK MLA’s disagree with it, met the Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao and withdraws support to the CM Palaniswami.
On August 27, DMK head and Opposition Vice-Chairman Thuramurugan MLAs Vijayatharani (Congress) and Mohammed Abubakar (Indian Union Muslim League) met Governor Vidyasagar Rao.
In that petition signed by MK Stalin, it was emphasized that the order should be given to the K Palaniswami to prove the Majority.
Following DMK, the CPI (M), Communist Party of India party leaders met with the Governor last 30 and insisted on the same demand. But the governor said that there is no law in place, said Thirumavalavan.
The separate team in AIADMK and TTV Dinakaran met with governor yesterday. He said Edappadi K Palaniswami lost his majority and it seems that the assembly should be ordered to order the floor test.
